THE COMPANY

The SCHLOTE Automotive Czech s.r.o. is located in Uherské Hradiště. The town lies in southern Moravia, between the mountain ranges "White Carpathians" and "Chřiby". The company site is situated within the Jaktáře industrial area.

SERVICES

SCHLOTE Automotive Czech s.r.o. manufactures products for the automotive industry and its system suppliers. These products include system components for the assemblies engine, transmission and chassis (axis, steering, brakes).

SCHLOTE Automotive Czech s.r.o. produces semi-finished parts in large-series runs, primarily by using machining production processes in combination with the latest technology of highest quality. In its CNC machining centres and automated production lines, the company processes a wide variety of metal materials such as various casting grades, metal alloys and forged material.

In the Czech subsidiary of the SCHLOTE GROUP, products such as housings, main bearings, holders, holders for turbochargers, injection pumps, covers for crankshaft bearings, parts for the electric powertrain and outer rings for wheel bearings are machined and hardened. In order to optimize the production, the company continuously invests in new automation technology, so that workplaces become cleaner and more attractive.

QUALITY

The high demands we make on quality, commitment and innovation are reflected in our certification according to the stipulations of ISO/TS 16949 (in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry) and the environmental certification of ISO 14001. Investments were made in a modern residual dirt laboratory in order to satisfy higher customer demands.

COMPANY HISTORY

The company was founded on October 3rd, 2003. In June 2004 production started in rented halls on the premises of the Mesit company.In 2008 the company moved into a new production site. At this new location, with its modern administration building, production and logistics halls, and possible expansion capacities of around 10,000 square meters, currently 185 workers are employed.
