MOLD CONSTRUCTION

 

We are specialized in the design and production of die-casting molds for the component materials aluminum, magnesium and zinc.

Mold sizes of up to 1,400 x 1,200 x 800 mm and a maximum weight of 11 tons can be realized.

The need for prototypes is constantly growing. Consequently, the timely production of prototype molds is frequently one of our tasks. Maintenance and repair work on molds already used in series are a further focus.

The complex milling of free-form surfaces is our specialty. Modern CAD/CAM systems and tool machine technologies help us in the process.
